With the Question Library, you can:

  • choose questions for your survey from over 800 ready-to-use suggestions;

  • simultaneously add multiple questions to a survey;

  • quickly build a survey that's ready to send out within minutes.

๐Ÿš€ Question Library is available in all the survey types.

In this article, you'll learn how to search the Library for the Questions you'd like to ask your respondents and implement them in your surveys.

Create a survey

In the main dashboard, click on the Create new survey button.

Decide how you'd like to distribute the survey by selecting the type you need from the below options:

As the next step, you should add questions to your survey. Here you can read about all question types and which surveys they're available in.

Question Library

You can add questions to your survey in two ways:

1. Ask your respondents anything you want by clicking on Add first question in the survey's Create tab.

Select a question type from the list and type the question and answer choices.

Add the following questions to your survey by clicking on Add new question.

2. Click on Add question from library.

You'll see a pop-up window with all available questions. You can search them by typing what you'd like to ask, scrolling, or filtering the library by category to find the most relevant questions.

Click on the โจ sign to select a question you'd like to add to your survey.

To unselect one of the choices, click on the โŠ– sign. Confirm your choice and add your picks to the survey by clicking on Add questions.

Modify any of the questions simply by clicking on it, or expand your survey either by adding your own questions or using the Question Library again.

Add your own questions to the Library

It's also possible to save your questions in the Question Library. This way, you can create a new question, save it in the Library, and your teammates using the same workspace will be able to use them as well.

๐Ÿ“ŒQuestions are saved on a workspace level, they aren't accessible to other Survicate users.

1. To save a question to your Library, click on the three dots and on Save to Library.

2. To find all your team's saved questions, click on Add question from library:

Go to Saved questions, where you can manage or use your own questions:
