With the Question Library, you can:
choose questions for your survey from over 800 ready-to-use suggestions;
simultaneously add multiple questions to a survey;
quickly build a survey that's ready to send out within minutes.
In this article, you'll learn how to search the Library for the Questions you'd like to ask your respondents and implement them in your surveys.
Create a survey
In the main dashboard, click on the Create new survey button.
Decide how you'd like to distribute the survey by selecting the type you need from the below options:
Email or shareable link survey: Get shareable survey links or embed surveys directly inside emails.
Website or in-product surveys: Run targeted surveys on websites or in-product.
Mobile app surveys: Collect feedback from mobile app users inside iOS or Android apps.
Intercom Messenger surveys: Survey users directly via pop-ups launched from Intercom Messenger.
As the next step, you should add questions to your survey. Here you can read about all question types and which surveys they're available in.
You can add questions to your survey in two ways:
Add questions by yourself - Ask your respondents anything you want by clicking on Add first question in the survey's Create tab.
Select a question type from the list and type the question and answer choices.
To add the following questions to your survey, click on Add new question.
Add ready-to-use questions to the survey - Click on Add question from library.
You'll see a pop-up window with all available questions. You can search them by typing what you'd like to ask, scrolling, or filtering the library by category to find the most relevant questions.
Click on the ⨁ sign to select a question you'd like to add to your survey.
To unselect one of the choices, click on the ⊖ sign. Confirm your choice and add your picks to the survey by clicking on Add questions.
Modify any of the questions simply by clicking on it, or expand your survey either by adding your own questions or using the Question Library again.
Add your own questions to the Library
It's also possible to save your questions in the Question Library so you can quickly add them to your next survey. This way, you can create a new question first, save it in the Library, and then you and your teammates using the same workspace will be able to see it in the Question Library.
To save a question to your Library, click on the three dots and on Save to Library.
You should see such a notification:
To find all your team's saved questions, click on Add question from library:
Go to Saved Questions, where you can manage or use your own questions:
Customize the design of survey questions
You can use HTML to format both questions and answer choices. This will allow you to insert images, add a hyperlink, or use a bold font.

Provide a personalized survey experience by routing your respondents to different questions based on their answers.
Preview your survey
Test out your survey's look and feel before sending it out to your respondents with the preview function.
