How to invite your team?

1. Adding your team to your account takes only a minute. Go to Settings > Users and select Add User. Type in their email address and name.

2. They will get an invitation email in no-time. All they need to do is click on the link provided in this email, and they'll be directed to Survicate to set up the rest of their account!

πŸ“ŒNote: By default, every new user is added with "User" permissions, But you can set up different permissions for each user. Each permission allows different features of Survicate, read more about permissions here.

How to manage multiple teams in the same organization?

You can bring customers' voice to each department of your company, and let each team run their own surveys. By dividing the teams to different workspaces you can set up different permissions for each team, and team members. This way, managing your teams and team members is effortless, and every data is nicely stored and secured.

To add a new workspace for a team, move on to Settings > Workspaces and click Add Workspace button.

Having multiple workspaces also enables you to edit user permissions on the workspace level. This is especially useful if you are running confidential surveys in one of the workspaces, eg. for HR teams. You can set up permissions so that a member of a particular team is not a member of another team, hence doesn't have access to their surveys or responses.
