You can remove all responses from a particular respondent based on their e-mail address or respondent ID in situations when you wish to:
ensure GDPR compliance, to comply with right-to-erasure requests;
not count answers from a respondent who isn't your client anymore;
delete someone's responses to all your surveys at once and not one by one.
In this article, you'll learn how to remove all responses collected from a single e-mail address or respondent ID from all your surveys with a few simple steps.
Table of contents:
Delete answers from a particular respondent
1. Please go to Settings > Delete respondents.
2. Enter the respondent's e-mail address or respondent ID and click on Search.
3. Click on the 🗑 icon next to their response to remove this survey answer:
🔧If there is more than one result for one respondent ID or e-mail address, you can delete all of them.
4. If you want to delete responses from another respondent, repeat steps 2 and 3.
📌 Deleting a response is permanent and cannot be undone!
📌 Please note that deleting answers doesn't have any effect on the response limit.
I can't access the Settings > Delete respondents tab
To delete responses, you must be the organization owner or the workspace admin. You can ask the account owner to grant you admin permissions.
