If you want to delete the responses from your survey, you can do it freely from the Survicate panel. You can delete one particular response or mark a few/all of them.
This method can be useful if you want to:
ensure GDPR compliance, to comply with a respondent's right-to-erasure requests;
not count answers from respondents who aren't your clients anymore;
delete responses from a certain email domain.
In this article, you'll learn how to remove one or more responses from your survey with a few simple steps.
Table of contents:
Delete a single answer from a survey
1. Please go to your survey's Analyze > Individual responses tab.
2. Choose the answer you want to be deleted and click the 🗑 icon.

3. Acknowledge that this action cannot be undone and choose the Delete response button.

Delete multiple answers from a survey
You can mark all the responses in one survey at once by ticking the box above the responses and deleting them.

💡 You can filter the answers by a certain email domain that you want to remove from your survey's results.

You can then tick the boxes next to those respondents and delete their answers in bulk.

❗️ Deleting a response is permanent and cannot be undone!
❗️ Please note that deleting answers doesn't have any effect on the response limit.
Troubleshooting
I am getting a "Failed to delete response: Forbidden" error when trying to delete a response

Only account owners and admin permissions are able to delete responses. If you are getting the message "Failed to delete response: Forbidden" while trying to delete a response, please ask the account owner to grant you admin permissions.
Best practices
Delete all answers from one e-mail address or Respondent ID
To delete all responses provided by the same respondent, go to Settings > Delete respondents. Find the respondent using an e-mail address or respondent ID and remove all their answers by clicking the 🗑 icon.
