RudderStack integration

Combine qualitative & quantitative feedback with your RudderStack customer data

Written by Daniela

You can use Survicate and RudderStack to:

  • Specify your survey audience more precisely - use RudderStack-based data from Identify and Group calls

  • Trigger surveys based on event names sent from RudderStack

  • Filter your survey results to categorize your answers based on qualitative and quantitative data coming from various RudderStack sources

In this article, you'll learn how to install and run your Survicate - RudderStack integration.

šŸ“Œ The RudderStack integration works in cloud mode, which means data from your sources is sent to the RudderStack server first, and then forwarded to Survicate.

This integration is supported for website/in-product surveys and mobile surveys (React Native, Android, and iOS apps). If you'd like to use it with other survey types, drop us a message via live chat. We'd love to hear more about your use case!
