The free account allows you to collect 25 survey responses every month, for free.
All of your active, non-archived surveys can store up to 100 responses in total.
On the free account, you can have 3 users collaborating on the surveys. The account owner can invite other team members, as described in this step-by-step guide.
Email or Shareable link surveys
You can create surveys to send out to your contacts via email, by sharing a link or a QR code.
You can also create and design other survey types. However, in order to set them live, you'll need to upgrade to one of our subscription plans.
NPS®, CSAT, CES, and more question types
Add various questions to your survey to start with a Welcome message, measure the NPS score, or ask open-ended questions.
400+ professional survey templates
Use our customizable templates to quickly create surveys and ask about Customer Experience, Marketing Feedback, or Product Feedback.
You'll keep access to all your collected responses for 30 days.
How do you count responses?
We count responses on a per-respondent basis. When surveys consist of multiple questions, it doesn’t matter if the respondent replies to just one question or all of them. It will qualify as one response in both instances.
What if I exceed the limit of responses on my plan?
Once you hit your response limit, your surveys will stop collecting responses. To keep the feedback coming, you can upgrade to a paid plan.
Why can't I sign up?
Please note that to create a Survicate account, you should sign up with a business email domain.
