If you are seeing this message when you visit your survey page, this is most likely because;
1. You've reached your response limit, therefore your surveys have stopped.
If you've reached your response limit your surveys will stop collecting further responses. You can see your current response usage and limit renewal date from Settings > Subscription.
If you'd like to start your surveys again and continue the stream of responses, you will need to upgrade your account. You can do this by clicking Upgrade Subscription and select the plan that suits you the best. You can find more information about our plans here: pricing
2. Your survey doesn't have any questions.
If your survey doesn't have any questions, you will see "survey currently unavailable" message when you go to your survey link.
Please add questions to your survey, and try again.
