There are several reasons why your link or email survey may be unavailable. Fortunately, there are a few ways to fix this issue.

If you see this error message:

this is most likely because:

1. You've reached your response limit

If you've reached your response limit on your plan, your surveys will stop collecting further responses. You can see your current response usage and limit renewal date from Settings > Subscription.

If you'd like to start your surveys again and continue the stream of responses, you will need to upgrade your account. You can do this by clicking Upgrade Subscription and selecting the plan that suits you the best. You can find more information about our plans here: pricing.

2. Your survey is disabled

Another reason your survey is unavailable is that it might be disabled on your account.

If so, enable the survey by clicking on three dots ➡️ Enable.

3. Your survey doesn't have any questions

If your survey has no questions, you will see the "Survey currently unavailable" message when you visit your survey link.
Please add questions to your survey, and try again.

If none of the above applies to you, but you still can't access your survey, please chat with our team 👉, or reach us at support@survicate.com.
