There are several reasons why your survey may be unavailable. Fortunately, there are a few ways to fix this issue.

If you see this error message:

this is most likely because;

1. You've reached your response limit, therefore, your surveys have stopped.

If you've reached your response limit, your surveys will stop collecting further responses. You can see your current response usage and limit renewal date from Settings > Subscription.

If you'd like to start your surveys again and continue the stream of responses, you will need to upgrade your account. You can do this by clicking Upgrade Subscription and selecting the plan that suits you the best. You can find more information about our plans here: pricing.

2. Your survey doesn't have any questions.

If your survey doesn't have any questions, you will see the "survey currently unavailable" message when you go to your survey link.
Please add questions to your survey, and try again.

3. You're on the Free plan and the survey has already been active for 7 days

If you'd like your survey to become active again, you can upgrade to one of our paid plans.

If none of the above applies to you, but you still can't access your survey, please strike up a chat conversation with our team 👉, or reach us at support@survicate.com.
