With email reports, you can:

  • stay up-to-date with challenges your customers are experiencing;

  • let your colleagues know what your clients think of your product by making them the recipients of the survey's reports;

  • be able to act fast on the feedback from your respondents.

🚀 This feature is available for all of our survey types!

You can enable daily, weekly, or monthly survey reports, which we will deliver to your inbox.

The email report contains:

  • the analysis of the survey engagement,

  • statistics, and changes since the last report,

  • summaries and insights from each survey question,

  • general conclusions.

Click on View survey results at the end of the report to quickly jump to all the responses, see more details about your respondents, and check out the latest answers.

🚀 In this article, you'll learn how to receive daily, weekly, or monthly sum-ups of all responses collected in this period of time.

Enable and configure the email reports

To enable the Email reports, go to the Analyze tab and click on Reports:

A small window will appear. Make sure you are in the Email section:

Here, feel free to adjust:

  • Delivery frequency - you can decide to receive emails daily, weekly, or monthly;

  • the time of day and timezone, from which we should count the day, week, or month;

  • for weekly and monthly reports, you should select the day of the week on which the report should be sent;

  • add the report recipients - you can enable reports for multiple email addresses by clicking on + Add new email.

Click Save to make sure the settings or changes are saved.

❗️ An email report will be generated only if your survey collected at least 15 new responses since the previous report or since the reports were enabled for this survey.

🔧 By default, weekly email reports are disabled for each new survey you create.

Disable email reports or exclude recipients

  • If you want us to stop sending email reports from a certain survey, change the Delivery frequency to Never. You can always decide to change it back.

  • If you want to exclude one of the recipients from being sent email reports, simply click on the ❌ sign next to their email address:

Click Save after making any change.

Troubleshooting

I don't see the email reports in my inbox

Please check your SPAM folder and ensure the required time period since the email reports were enabled has already passed.

Please check if your survey has received any responses in the last period, for which the report should be sent.

I can't enable Daily reports for one recipient and Weekly or Monthly reports for someone else

It's currently impossible to enable different frequency settings for different recipients for one survey. If you'd like to see such a feature in Survicate, please talk to us in chat about your use case.
