Manual tracking code installation

  1. Copy the tracking code:

In the Tracking Code page, copy Survicate tracking code you can find under Manual Installation. The first and the last line of code are just comments, and they won’t impact the execution at all. Β

2. Paste the tracking code to your website

You need to paste it into the code of your website pages. Our suggestion is to add it to your website template so that it automatically goes into each page of your site. The general recommendation is to insert the tracking code at the bottom of the <body> part.

3. Your Survicate Tracking Code is now installed.

Once you have added the Survicate Tracking Code to your site, you will need to wait a few minutes for your surveys to appear.

πŸ“Œ With our tool, it is possible to identify respondents to the surveys using pieces of information you know about a respondent that's stored on your website or web-app called attributes. Please take a look at our article to know more about respondent's attributes and how to use them to identify respondents to your survey and more.
