If you currently use one of our legacy plans, this article will guide you through maintaining and modifying such subscriptions.
Checking your current subscription
To check what Survicate subscription you are using at the moment, go to Settings > Subscription. There, you can check the name of your current plan:
The plans we currently sell are Good, Better, Best, and Better Than The Rest. If you have one of those, please see this article π
If the name of your plan is one of the below ones:

Advanced Researcher
Feedback Automation
Team Insights
Flexible
Business
Starter
Enterprise
Scale
Custom
It means you currently have one of our legacy plans. Because we don't sell those plans anymore, you won't find information about them on our pricing page. You can see the limits applied to your current plan in the Subscription tab, under Usage & limits.

Modify subscription
If you'd like to modify your legacy subscription, please note you'll have to switch to one of our current plans. You can see our current offer on our pricing page.
We'll be happy to discuss the change with you and provide a comparison of your plan to the currently offered ones - just drop us a message with a short description of your expectations to support@survicate.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Legacy self-serve plans can be canceled in the same way the current plans. You'll find cancellation instructions here. However, please note that if you cancel a legacy plan, you won't be able to subscribe to it again. Once you decide to subscribe again, you'll have to choose one of the currently offered plans.

Troubleshooting
My legacy subscription expired, and I'd like to restore it.
Legacy subscriptions (listed above) are not sold by us anymore, so if your subscription expires, for example, because of late payment, you'll have to subscribe to one of our current plans. We'll be happy to advise - please contact us via support@survicate.com
