Once a question or an answer option is deleted from a survey, this question or answer choice and all responses it collected so far will be removed from the Analyze tab.
Its data will no longer be shown in individual responses, included in the overall results, or available to export.
Deleting a question or answer option is irreversible.
Similarly, changing the answer range of a Rating or Smiley scale question (for instance, from 5 options to 3) will delete all responses this question has collected so far:
When making such a change, you'd have to acknowledge this fact by clicking Confirm:
