If you have a Text answer question in your survey, in the Analyze tab you will see:
a list of all answers;
word cloud analysis of the responses.
The word cloud feature is a great way to view the most commonly mentioned words in the answers quickly. It provides you with an easy-to-read visual representation of which words appear the most often in the answers you’ve received ☁️
The more often a word appears in the text answers, the bigger it will be in the cloud.
Analyze individual responses
If you'd like to see which answer was submitted by which respondent, simply click on the 🙍♂️ icon next to the response, and you'll be taken directly to this answer in the Individual responses tab.
Filter results
💡 Additionally, you can filter the results to see only a word cloud relevant for, let's say, Promoters:
Download the word cloud or exclude certain words
🚀 Feel free to download the word cloud to a PDF or PNG. You can also exclude chosen words from it:
The excluded words will not appear on the downloaded PDF or PNG file.
📌 Please note that the open-text question must have collected at least twenty responses for a word cloud to appear.
