With Survicate and Productboard integration, you can receive survey responses in Productboard Insights as Notes with direct survey answers. This integration works with all survey types.

Connect the Productboard integration
1. To enable Productboard integration, go to Integrations from the main dashboard, find, and pick Productboard from the list of integrations.
2. Click the Connect button to authorize the integration.
3. A pop-up window will appear, where you'll be asked to provide the necessary information:
4. The integration is ready to use! Go to your survey's Connect tab and choose which survey data should be sent to Productboard.
You must have Admin rights In Productboard to connect this integration.
You can choose to Create notes:
Once someone completes the survey, you will see a note in your Productboard Insights with the survey response.
The survey has to be fully completed to appear as a note in Productboard. If someone answers a portion of the survey's questions and closes it, their response will not be synced to Productboard.
