The Research Assistant answers questions about the Research project you're working on and the feedback it's built from. It can help you sharpen your report, decide what to ask customers next, and understand what your responses are telling you.
It can also answer questions about using Survicate, so you don't have to leave your project to look something up.
Ask the Agent about your Research Project
To open the Agent, click on Ask Agent in the bottom right corner of your research project in the Hub:
There, feel free to ask:
how to rewrite a chosen part of the report,
which follow-up questions to ask your customers,
and many more.
đĄ Select a fragment of the report before you ask. The Assistant will answer in the context of that fragment.
You can also ask follow-up questions if the first answer isn't clear or suitable enough.
Ask the Agent about using Survicate
You can ask the same Assistant how Survicate works, without opening a new tab. Click Ask Agent while in the Research Hub and ask about:
how a specific integration works,
which survey type fits what you want to measure,
how to set up targeting for a survey.explaining our integrations,
and many more.
If the Agent won't be able to answer your question, it will route the conversation directly to our human support.
