What is Survicate MCP?

Use Survicate directly from your AI Assistant

Written by Agnieszka

The Survicate MCP connects your Survicate account to AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, and other tools that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Instead of switching tabs to check what surveys are already running or to find patterns hidden in your feedback, you can just ask your AI assistant, and it will use the MCP to find the answer straight from Survicate.

Set up your custom connector using our Remote MCP server URL:

More setup details here.

In this article, we'll talk about:

  • what Survicate MCP is,

  • what you can do with it,

  • which AI tools it works with,

  • how to get started.

What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you securely connect an AI agent to external tools and data sources, like Survicate. It acts as a bridge between your AI assistant and your Survicate account.

Once connected, the assistant can look things up in Survicate and even perform actions in Survicate, all without leaving your AI chat window.

What can you do with Survicate MCP?

Once connected, you can ask your AI assistant to help you with actions like:

  • Help prioritze your product roadmap

  • Find out what data you're still missing and plan your user research

  • Extract quotes and testimonials for your campaigns

  • Draft a survey directly from the AI Agent

💡 This means you can create, manage, and report on your voice of the customer initiatives directly from your AI assistant.
