Connect Survicate to your AI assistant so it can access the feedback data stored in your workspace directly from your Claude chat.

📌 To connect the Survicate MCP, you need a Survicate account with the User, Admin, or Owner role. Teammates with the Guest role can’t connect. Check your role in Settings ➡️ Teammates, or ask your Survicate Owner or Admin to change it. Learn more about user roles.
Connect the Survicate MCP
Survicate is now available in the Claude connector directory. You can install it or ask your admin to install Survicate directly from there.
The Claude Owner (or an admin with sufficient rights) enables Survicate for the organization in Organization settings ➡️ Connectors, by browsing the directory for Survicate or via Claude connector directory.
Members then go to Customize ➡️ Connectors, find Survicate and click Connect, or use Claude connector directory and connect from there.
Each user is asked to confirm their Survicate login, so they only see the data, surveys and feedback they already have access to.
Using the Survicate MCP in Claude
Now that you have Survicate MCP enabled in Claude, you can start asking Claude questions about your customers, their feedback, and draft new surveys without leaving the conversation
You can ask Claude to use a specific tool, or include a vague reference to survey or Survicate feedback, and Claude will ask if you want to use your newly connected Survicate MCP.

Manage or disconnect the MCP
1. To disconnect the connector as an individual user:
Go to Customize ➡️ Connectors ➡️ Connected
Find the Survicate MCP in your list
Click on it, then look for a Disconnect or Remove button.
This disconnect removes your personal connection.
2. To disconnect the connector for the whole organization:
If you're an Owner and want to remove the custom Survicate MCP Connector for the whole organization (not just yourself), go to Organization Settings ➡️ Connectors, find the connector there, and remove it.
