With Share preview, you can send a link to your survey preview to anyone – teammates, stakeholders, or clients – so they can click through it before you launch.
Reviewers don't need access to your Survicate account.
With a shareable preview, you can:
get feedback on your survey before it goes live;
let reviewers test the survey flow and logic exactly as it looks in the panel preview;
keep your results clean – preview responses don't appear in your analysis and don't count toward your response limit.
📌 Shareable previews are available on all plans and work for Email or Shareable link, Website or in-product, and Mobile app surveys.
How it works
In the survey's Create tab, click the Share preview icon above the preview on the right side:
Click Copy preview link and send it to your reviewers via email, chat, or any tool you use – they'll go through the survey just like a respondent would.
📌 Responses submitted through a preview link don't appear in the Analyze tab and don't count toward your response limit.
Reset the link
If you want to stop people from using a link you've already shared – for example, after the review is finished – click the Reset link icon next to the link in the Share a preview pop-up:
Then confirm by clicking the Reset link:
❗️ The current link stops working right away, and we generate a new one you can share instead. Anyone who opens the old link will see Survey is unavailable.

FAQ
Who can share preview links?
Users with Edit or Edit & Launch access to the survey's folder can copy and reset preview links. With View only access, the Share preview icon is disabled.
My reviewer sees "Survey is unavailable". What happened?
The link was reset, so the old one no longer works. You can share the new link with your teammates.
Will my reviewers' answers show up in my results?
No, responses submitted through a shared preview don't appear in your analysis and don't count toward your response limit.
Can I share a preview if my survey is disabled?
Yes. Share preview works even when your survey is disabled. This way, you can collaborate with your teammates on a survey before it goes live.
