If you reach your response limit, your surveys will stop automatically, so they will not be collecting any further responses.
Depending on the plan you are in, your response limit will be different. For example, in the free plan, you have 100 responses per month from all your surveys. If you've collected 100 responses when 101 respondent opens the survey they will see a message "this survey is unavailable." In this case, you can upgrade your account to restart your surveys.
You can see your response usage and upgrade your plan from Settings > Subscription. We will also notify you via email, once you hit 60%, 80% and 100% of your response limit.
