If you're on the Free plan, any responses past one month will not be included in the analysis. This means that if responses are older than a month, they will not be accessible to you. As an example, they won't be counted towards your NPS score or be otherwise included in the results.

To analyze responses that date back more than one month, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Data retention on paid plans

Below you can see the data retention period for all the paid plans, which tells you how long the collected responses will be included in the analysis.

❗️If you decide to cancel your subscription, your account will downgrade to the Free plan, and you'll have access to responses collected in the past 30 days.
